There are several hundred types of food in the world. Primarily, there are many types of food that we do not eat. Mushroom is one of the food items that we usually do not eat. It is a fungal plant that grows in the soil. Mushrooms are a favorite plant in many parts of the world and can develop in all conditions; they are regularly cultivated and produced worldwide. It contains all kinds of micro and macronutrients. Although white foods are often malnourished, mushrooms are different because they are abundant in vitamins, fiber, minerals and low in carbohydrates and fat; they have more protein than vegetables and fruits.
